The Heart of Our Village
Mary Lois Jackson’s home was full of love, laughter, and lessons. Generations called her “Mama” or “Grandma.” She taught them to pray, stand tall, and believe in themselves—and she lived the hard work, generosity, and care she asked of others.
Her family remembers a doer, builder, and giver who never waited for recognition to make an impact. This scholarship is one way Meacham Village carries her belief in education and good work forward.
